   Urine on floors and my cats caught fleas after their first visit. Whoever responds to emails is very rude. They lack understanding and contradict themselves due to lack of organisation amongst themselves. Now my 2 kittens pay the price and are struggling. They barely respond as well.

   Absolutely lovely experience. Reception staff were super kind and helpful. When we had gone to another vet clinic privately, the vet had no idea what was causing my dog’s coughing and sent us for a £1,300 heart scan that we couldn’t afford to ‘investigate further’, with no other options offered. Here, at PDSA, the vet was very knowledgeable and told us that the dog has a healthy heart, just needed worming treatment. For £10, my dog’s coughing and choking is already gone after less than a week! I’m incredibly happy and so grateful!

   We took in our kitten named Marni. Thanks to the dedicated team at PDSA and Croydon Vet, who worked tirelessly, Marni received the care he needed. They kept us informed throughout the process and took the necessary steps to save his life. One week later, he’s back to his adorable self! I should mention that until last week, we thought Marni was a girl! The team informed us otherwise, and we had a good laugh about it. I would like to extend a big thank you to everyone involved!

   Very kind and polite vets and admin staff. Though they are busy especially if there are.a lot of emergencies, they still try to see you as close to your appointment time as possible. Ease donate to them if you can.

   My 6 month old pup was treated for ibuprofen toxicity, their prompt and efficient care saved him from any long lasting damage. Couldn’t be more grateful. He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. Thank you so much to everyone that took part in his recovery, all amazing❤️

   I can't thank them enough. Honestly five stars is not enough. My cat had come down with cat flu , and was treated by them. However she stopped eating and drinking , so i had to call the emergency line , whereby I was advised what to do. Thankfully it worked. We are on a low income and therfore get discounted veterinary care , however we have never ever been treated differently, but with love ,care and professionalism. Thank you PDSA for all that you do,we will always be grateful.
