No empathy, no communication, no respect. I brought a neglected cat to this clinic after caring for it for several months and forming a strong bond with it. The cat showed clear signs of neglect, but the staff treated the situation with cold indifference. Once the cat was taken, I received no acknowledgment, no kindness, and no information. Every question I asked had to be forced out of them, even though I was very concerned and emotional. I left my phone number to be passed on to the cat’s owner, but I doubt this was done, as it seems unlikely that a loving owner would have wanted to contact me. I had previously written to the clinic about this, and received no response at all. Their lack of empathy and basic decency was deeply upsetting and disrespectful to someone who had put so much effort into helping a vulnerable animal. I left feeling ignored, distressed, and almost as if I had done something wrong by trying to help. Avoid this clinic if you expect compassion, clear communication, or respect for both animals and the people who care for them.

Turned up for an emergency with my dog (suspected ear infection). Their website says they’ll see any animal in an emergency. Surgery was empty, but the receptionist kept saying they were “too busy” and had only one vet. I explained it would take seconds to check if she needed hospital care or ear drops, that I was going away and worried, and that my surgery was far away and closed today. I agreed to pay the £60 fee (which she kept repeating- I understood and agreed to pay it), but they still refused to see her and sent us away. Absolutely unacceptable.

We have been clients at this location for 2 years before we moved, and I have nothing but great experiences over this time. We have done: Teeth cleaning for my dog; Annual vaccinations; Emergency appointments; Blood tests; Surgery on my dog’s back area bc of a dangerous lump. Very happy to recommend them!

Although Animal Health Certificates are expensive, your price was competitive and Vet Roger is extremely knowledgeable about these, passports for pets and travelling to other countries in general with your pet.

I was seen on time for my appointment. The vet was very kind and gentle to my cat and was very proactive about my cat’s future health and keeping the health of her teeth. The vet offered to do a blood test to check that everything was okay for her age and did it on site which means we did not have to return back to do the blood test which was fantastic. I was reassured that everything was okay with my cat and blood work was just a routine check up with results to be called into me very quickly to avoid any need of wearing on my end

First time in 2 years as a pet parent when I feel comfortable going into a veterinary shop. Great customer service provided by the reception while we waited to see our future doctor. Very kind and skilled woman called Georgi or Gia greeted us with a smile at the door and seconds later Ena( my little teacup yorkie) was in her arms. Thank you in millions for the love and care you have provided to our puppy while in there. Very great advice provided. I am very pleased and thankful for my visit today at Vets4Pets in Friern Barnet. I highly recommend you to ask for Giorgi when booking your next appointment. The vet is conveniently located inside pets for home in n11, with plenty of choices for your paw friends and also plenty of parking. In Vets4Pets I felt something never felt before, they are humans that care for your and your little one, I think this is a problem in uk when it comes to doctors of any kind, no feelings involved, you don’t feel they care for you. I highly recommend over and over again this clinic, really impressed with everything from how clean to how skilled and caring are the staff members. Call them first to book your appointment.
