   Absolutely appalling receptionist, i needed to change vet and asked for an estimate for blood test for kidney disease for my cat ,at all costs she wanted to know who was my previous vet name, when I refused she told me that they are not taking on new clients that are already registered locally and should go back to my vet to repeat blood test. Unprofessional to say the least ,I got all estimates quickly over the phone with other vets and they just asked for the medical history to be emailed to them, none of them asked where I was registered. If you dont take on new clients then why asking for my vet name several times? Just to let you know my vet got paid £15.000 last year for medical bills and I got receipts to prove it ,this how much your rudness potentially costed your clinic, I pay dear for my cats when they are unwell and happy to do so. Wish you a good day madam!

   Such a sweet experience here. I brought in my new cat and had a million questions that were all answered. Margaret was very kind with helping me schedule appointments and fill me in on all the information I needed. This was my first time here and I highly recommend them. Elowen was very happy as well!

   I have so much gratitude for Margaret and Dale. They put animals first. They have treated my two American cockers for 5 years now, my older dog has had two surgeries over the years with them and I feel so confident leaving them in their hands.    It’s always a great experience coming here with my two cats. The team has known them since they were little kittens, and I truly appreciate the care they provide. Even though I now live a bit farther away, I still take an Uber to bring them here because I trust this practice. My cats were spayed and neutered here, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place!

   I cannot recommend this very special vet highly enough. We were fitted in for our first visit, welcomed like old friends and for the first time ever, my dog was not frightened in a vets. I have seen many vets over the years with different pets, and this was the most positive experience ever. My darling girl was seen, diagnosed by Dale quickly, Margaret was efficient and kind and the nurse was too. I feel very blessed to have landed just at the right place when my girl will need regular monitoring. Large practices simply cannot compete with the intimacy and care offered here. Thank you for seeing us.

   This practice is fantastic. Dale is the greatest old school vet on the planet. In a world of business first vets, he embodies patient first. He is bright, conservative in treatment, caring, experienced and a true professional. Anyone complaining about prices here, simply lacks the experience to understand how Dales conservatism pays off through cost avoidance. He saved both of our dogs from life threatening situations requiring surgery. We were lucky to have him. Treat the office with respect, Margaret is a wealth of knowledge herself.

   Margaret and Dale are an incredible team. Our Romanian rescue dog Dylan unfortunately has behavioural issues, including territorial and fear reactivity in certain very specific circumstances. He has recently decided he doesn't like the vet and hates being injected even more - which has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety because he needs to be vaccinated to go to day care, which he loves, and we've had instances where he's ideally needed to go to emergency vets out of hours and they've been unable to inject him as needed. Dale and Margaret have been so kind, thoughtful and patient with us and Dylan. After four failed attempts and a lot of muzzle training, we finally cracked it today and we are so relieved and thrilled. They never give up on us - as challenging as Dylan can be - and we are so grateful as we continue to work to make Dylan's life as calm and as rewarding as possible, in light of his difficult start. Dale and Margaret's constant help and guidance is so helpful in that. We would recommend Amwell Vets to anyone!
