   After Lloyd's Pharmacy took an hour to tell me that the antibiotics I needed were not in stock I was ready to kill someone.. they released my prescription and I decided to take it to boots and despite a long queue and a few difficult customers they dispensed my prescription within 20 minutes.. can't fault them and from now on my automatic prescriptions from the doctors will be going to boots, despite Lloyd's being opposite my doctors pretty much.

   I have been ringing the pharmacy since 10 am with no reply. They either have the volume turned down or are just ignoring the phone. I was recommended to this pharmacy after a terrible service from my usual one but am now wondering if this was a mistake. Instore service of pharmacy is good but trying to speak to anyone is impossible.
