   In time where we are told to visit a local pharmacy before trying to book an appointment with a GP, my experience here was very disappointing. Asked to speak with the pharmacist in an empty shop, proceeded to explain my family issue to her. The pharmacist told me she didn’t have time to deal with me today and sent me to another pharmacy. If she continues to send customer away - there’ll be no point in keeping the place open. The other pharmacy (MW Phillips) were the total opposite - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful - guess which pharmacy I will use in future.

   Given that this pharmacy is attached to a very large GP surgery and they must have a huge amount of patients to deal with, I am always surprised by how efficient the staff in here are. They always do their best to fulfill my prescriptions as quickly as possible, and they do it with a smile on their faces. If they can't fulfill a prescription on the day, I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for them to get my medication, which I think is excellent. They explain things clearly and concisely and even though they're always busy and working hard, they always have the time to answer any questions I might have. I have had numerous ongoing health issues over the last few years, and having a friendly and reliable pharmacy to go to has been a relief and a blessing. Thank you very much for all your help and hard work folks! Our community is lucky to have you.

   Great local pharmacy with friendly and helpful staff. When I was having IVF treatment they helped me with my meds and needles for my injections. It was a stressful time, but they really looked after me. I can’t thank them enough.

   Went in last week for my prescription, the lady was really rude to me, and everyone else waiting. After taking my tablets for three days and feeling really sick I realised I’ve been prescribed 150mg, even though my dose is 75mg (and says so on the sticker on the box) I went back today and they all huddled whispering at the back, before someone said ‘erm all I can say is sorry’. Not good enough!

   Extremely rude. Gave back my prescription told me to sit there for ages or go else where. I am autistic and communicating is difficult for me. This lady was beyond rude and upset me.

   The rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered. Not once but three times I went there and they were awful. I was just trying to find out if they had a bad day so I gave them two more chances. NO NEVER AGAIN....

   If you wear a scarf or they think you're foreign expect to be treated rudely, wait twice as long for your meds and to be met with a pathetic excuse. One star is too much, I'd recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs and going somewhere more professional.

   Dont even bother using this pharmacy, I've rated this a one star and that's me being over generous, staff are rude and useless. My daughter needs alot of medication ok as its alot they need to specially order it as they dont have it in the pharmacy, but everytime I go in and order medication the look on their faces as if I've put them out or something. The general feeling is because my daughter needs alot of medication it's too much for them to be bothered with. As the old biddy behind the counter (could be any of those staff really) said we wont deal with you so go else where.
