   No one is picking up the phone. I live in London and need to check my mother's medication. What is going on? Response to request for further information Yesterday the phone range 6 or 7 times then cut off. However, after 630 it was set to voicemail. This suggests the phone was disconnected during the day. Same today although it does not ring, so maybe it's been unplugged. I believe this is unprofessional and exceptionally poor customer service.

   This pharmacy has always been very obliging. They have done their best to assist me with the needs of my elderly parents and have always been very courteous and helpful whenever i have had queries. Recently, my mother hadn't received her blister pack on time, and when I informed the pharmacy staff, they took it to her home personally that afternoon. I can not thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

   Absolutely awful. Wish I could give a score lower than 1. Since this pharmacy changed management it has provided a never ending catalogue of errors even for the simplest of prescription requests. Always seems incredibly disorganised and chaotic and they can never seem to find the right scripts or medications. The vast majority of the staff seem not only incompetent but are also often either rude or just totally unprofessional. Constantly have some sort of issue with my repeat prescription, which has been the same for almost a year, but recently had an issue which was blamed on the GP surgery - when I attended the surgery it was confirmed not to be an issue on their end (unsurprisingly) and there were actually several other patients there having the same issue with this pharmacy.

   Although waiting times can be long when the pharmacy is busy, staff are always extremely polite and try their best. I over heard a patient being extremely rude to one member of staff for not having their medication because they had “run out” but once the staff member contacted the surgery they told the patient that the surgery had arranged an appointment for them to have a review, to which the patient said “oh I forgot about that” didn’t apologise for being rude at all. I just give them their time and they are absolutely fine for me. The staff have always told me to leave about a week for repeat prescriptions and I’ve never had a problem!

   Poor... I have 14 medications I have to take every month on repeat prescription. I have a surname no one else has... And still they loose my order. How? They have piles of boxes with random bags of medication in... I've been told my name is popular ( only 4 of us in the world) ... I've been told I only completed stuff... I've been told I order too much. I one waited 35 mins for them to find my bag ... Apparently "ventolin" is very rare so hard to find... !!!! How have they gone from a wonderful chemist to one that's in utter chaos...

   Good pharmacy and very friendly staff. Professional and prompt when I needed their help. Like any modern pharmacy they have an interesting shop with all kind of nice staff. Parking is a nightmare if is traffic and school run but cross the road is always some room. The prices are acceptable especially for sanitisers. Some staff should not be there but they know better their clients.
