I've been standing and waiting and looking around for somone to help me out by the Fragrance section and no one cared about the customers. I've left without being served or even asked if I need anything.
This branch of Boots never fails to impress me. The customer care is exceptional. The product I was looking for was not on the shelf. I asked a young assistantt who advised me it was his first day. He immediately went to find a senior member of staff. Great first day young man, you were fab as was your collegue who was super helpful. Thank you both, great customer facing service
I visited your store today to collect my prescription and do my usual shop. I’m new to the area, so I was expecting a straightforward experience. While waiting for assistance, the store was fairly quiet, but when I reached the tills, I had an unfortunate experience. As someone who is visually impaired, I cannot always see what’s happening in front of me. A staff member with red hair completely ignored me and allowed another customer to go ahead of me in the queue. When I raised the issue, it was brushed off as though nothing had happened. I have no choice but to continue using this store, but I wanted to share my experience and kindly ask that extra care be taken in the future to ensure all customers especially those with accessibility needs are treated fairly and respectfully.
Not impressed have had issues with the perfume dept…waiting! Also the lady who oversees the self service tills has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. She is miserable, rude & abrupt! EVERY TIME I’ve been in there she’s the same. Regular customers will know who I mean!
Poor service, lack of process, handed over prescription which was immediately picked and packed but had to wait for pharmacist to sign off who was currently engaged with a patient. (No problem) Walked around shop for 10mins made a purchase and went back, still not ready. When asked why, assistant said she missed pharmacist who was now with another patient so had to wait another 15mins. No apology so obviously this is normal don’t care practice. You would expect the pharmacist to sign off all outstanding prescriptions in between consultations as part of a organised best practice routine. Another example of don’t care attitude from a large company.
Went to buy perfume from here and the process is just ridiculous. Firstly I had to get in a fair large que at the tills to ask for the perfume I needed, you then walk half the shop to show them the one you want, then when we walked back to the tills to pay, she said I needed to go to the back of the que as people were waiting ?!?! I said, I've already did the que bit, but seemed like this was normal practice, which I hardly believe. A bit of staff training for the 15 year girls giggling at the tills wouldn't go a miss.
The staff in here are so friendly and helpful from the cashiers to the pharmacy workers. Great place
This store has everything you would expect from Boots but what separates it from other Boots stores is the staff. I found them looking happy in their work and wanting to help you. Their stock range is much better than rivals. The loyalty card is a pleasant surprise also, points collected from previous visits got me money off this time.
I had to buy three advent calendars from 'Soap Glory' and I’ve got a massive discount! Was 3 for 2 and triple point on my boots card. This specific shopping I have found a lot of help from the staff and the shop full with good quality merchandise. The calendars are expensive per unit but it’s what I wanted for the special ladies in my life so no complaints.
