   Deeply, deeply unhelpful staff. I went to the vets, who recommended I give the dog 125mg of paracetamol for pain relief. I asked the shop assistant which pills are easiest to quarter. Upon hearing it was for a dog, they point blank refused to sell it to me - even though I was acting on veterinary advice and not asking them to take any responsibility whatsoever. They even refused to tell me where the next nearest pharmacy was - "there might be one that way" the bearded man said with a vague wave of the arm, before refusing to clarify where he was talking about. Avoid if you want any help whatsoever from the staff because they will go out of their way to prevent you from following medical advice. With the way I was treated I wouldn't go back there for any healthcare needs or prescriptions whatsoever - I just wouldn't feel comfortable returning even for my own healthcare needs. Edit: I went to the Tesco pharmacy instead, and they were really helpful, just accepted that I wanted 125mg dose with no artificial sweeteners and helped my identify a suitable product. Not sure why I bothered trying to shop local; I know where I'll be going next time.

   I was advised by the GP to attend a pharmacy for UTI treatment so I did, the service was quick and the pharmacist was very helpful. Much easier than going to the doctor!

   We have been using the Birchgrove branch of this pharmacy for many years. Before it became Allied Pharmacy it was a branch of Lloyds, but since Allied Pharmacies took over, it has improved dramatically. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of them all. I have a regular medication, which has been difficult to get hold of in recent times, because of supply issues. The staff have been incredibly helpful and resourceful in helping me to find ways of ensuring that I am able to maintain my medication. Thank you.

   Went on to ask for some advice regarding a mark on the back of my boys neck. Stood at the counter in a totally empty shop apart from the staff, me and my boy for 2 or 3 minutes before even being acknowledged. Member of staff then spoke with the pharmacist who was in the treatment room with the door open speaking to another member of staff about the number of hours they'd worked, hours they were owed and how the member of staff wanted a certain day off blah blah. 5 minutes pass and the pharmacist still had not dragged themselves away from the conversation they were having (which clearly wasn't an important one). Customers in here clearly aren't the priority of the pharmacist.........will take my custom elsewhere in the future despite the convenience of its location for me. Shame I had to give 1 star and couldn't give a 0! Really disappointing customer service.

   Everytime i go to pick meds up, it's never ready. It's either just been recieved and hasn't been done, can't find it or i have to wait. There is alway something why my prescrption hasn't been filled Bad service, unhelpful. They told me to wait it could take a while or come back in morning. Bearing in mind its now friday and their not open on Saturday. (I didn't realise at the time). I had no meds all weekend and have to wait till monday.

   One of the pharmacist's here has a really bad attitude and is so rude to customers. Not the first time i've experienced this aswell as on the phone so feel i have to leave a review. Also witnessed her attitude towards other customers. Really don't know how she keeps her job there.
