   Outrageously rude staff! I don’t live in this area, was just in a rush to buy some hygiene products before every store closed. Once I’ve entered this shop I’ve noticed that I have been constantly followed around less than a meter from me and stared at without any reason. Old madam shop consultant was huffing and puffing while hovering over and after quite some time she asked me if I wanted something specifically, but once I’ve started to answering her she just turned 180° around and left without even trying to hear me. WHAT IS THIS PLACE TELL ME!??! I’ve instantly left this boots and went across the street to „Savers” where workers treated me like a human.

   Very poor service as always. I get that they get busy but the wait times are awful, doesn't help that the majority of pharmacy staff either choose to ignore you or are too busy chatting. Very often I'm told my prescription will be ready the next day, I go across the road to Canna pharmacy and it's done in 10 minutes!

   I just picked up my daughter from the school opposite - I noticed she had some lumps on her face and the teachers advised to pop into Boots and hey her seen by a pharmacist. I went in and asked and the response I got was they aren’t seeing anyone today apart from people for the flu jab! Didn’t even ask or want to know what was wrong with my 5 year old! If you are going to be a pharmacist by a SCHOOL then please make sure you have enough staff to accommodate the customers needs in that area! Lady said we can see her tomorrow?! I excuse me?! But she’s 5 and has lumps on her face that could be anything!! Angry is an understatement- no consideration or care given!

   Popped into the pharmacy earlier and I was assisted by the Pharmacist Easter. She's simply the best. She was incredibly patient and she answered all the questions I had and gave recommendations.

   Pharmacy extremely slow. Canna Pharmacy across the road in the car park are much quicker and more efficient.

   Avoid like the plague! I wouldn’t usually write such a harsh review - but with the current climate I’d avoid Boots for private prescriptions - absolute rip off. A waste of time and money. I’m currently taking Isotretinoin & aware that it’s pricey I’ve never objected, but I got fed up of them never having the full stock, and always having to come back for the rest on another day. I’ve just been to Lloyds and a higher dosage, for the same amount of pills has cost nearly half the price. To pop this off, they were friendlier, quicker and more efficient. Plus, they actually had the full stock, and were transparent about the price and checked with me before continuing filling the prescription.

   OK.. Its boots ain't it. Depending on Time of day there can be a longish que for prescriptions. Honestly.. If I needed toiletries I'd go across the road to supers avers, but staff are OK. And they wouldn't be there if they didn't know their stuff. The lady who works on the till is especially a nice helpful polite person.

   Went here today to pick some thing up parking was reasonable difficult but I found what I needed it’s not a big store but stocks most things. I didn’t use the pharmacy part to get a prescription but I used the shop. The staff member served me immediately and seem polite. Not a bit perfume collection but good enough.
