Never get the complete prescription; it's always missing some items, or they don’t have it at all. I'm really disappointed. Then they ask you to go back for a doctor's to request a new prescription, as they can’t give you a prescription again since you took some.
I wish there was another pharmacy in this area near my home They never provide prescriptions on time; they are always late. When I call them, they sometimes blame the surgery for the delays. However, when I contact the surgery, it becomes clear that the fault lies with the pharmacy. I think they either take on too much work or they don't know how to manage it, especially when dealing with daily prescriptions and other monthly prescriptions.
Wonderful pharmacy that is attached to the surgery. All the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I've been using this pharmacy for several years and have always found them caring and understanding.
I would walk miles than rather pick up my prescription around the corner from this place. One particular lady with long brown hair is horrid and rude! Shouldn't be working with customers face to face. Certain pharmacist's won't even work there due to this one individual. All staff should be asked about this staff member by head office. I'm sure they will say about the daily encounters the locals have with this lady, and probably sick of her too. How she's still employed is beyond me. Stick her in the back making medicines up or doing admin. She ruins people day. Think she gets kicks being horrible and likes the control. Hope it get's sorted but zero stars as she's been there ages and getting worse and let the whole place down! Only put 1 star as couldnt post otherwise. If their name is needed I can get that but assure you, speak to their boss I'm sure you'll know who. All other staff members are lovely.

The pharmacy staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
I don't know if this is really a pharmacy. I tried to go in as it said it was open at 8:30 but it wasn't. There is no sign outside either
Wanted to change my blister packs to this place.. was told to change to the doctors behind this place. Told them no as im in catchment area for my doctors.. was told we dont collect from your doctors. Its all electronically done nowadays. Total waste of time. #dull as f@@k
