They do get them out, which is why this isn't one star. Took in a prescription on Tuesday, they didnt have the antibiotics, it was serious and I couldn't wait till the following afternoon so I pressed for my script back, so I could walk to the hospital pharmacy that is 15 minutes away. I took another script in on Wednesday for some new medication. There were two items, more of the antibiotic drops they didnt have in stock before and some steroids. I stated that I only wanted the steroids, and was handed back my package, when I got home, I found this was the same antibiotic drops they didnt have in stock previously, but I had no steroids. I have really bad visibility at the moment, so it takes ages to read small print. When I returned, the steroids drops were not in stock, and I now couldn't go anywhere else to get them, as they had dispensed me an item on the script.. They said they would give me a call the next day when they arrived and took my number but did not call. When I finally picked up the meds they recognised me and I did not need to give my name, but they did not apologise for the mistake or for not calling me.

Clueless, unorganised and unprofessional and rude. They lost my paper prescription details whilst I was in the pharmacy and accused me of not handing it to them. I had to return to the doctor for a replacement. Definitely do not recommend using them

Excellent phone etiquette, when i have needed over the phone advice or required additional information about the medication that has been prescribed. Superb customer service and always willing to help, even at times when the staff are visibly busy. Great local pharmacy!

Urgent forms of medication were unapologetically “out of stock”. Do not go to this pharmacy if you need something urgently - they won’t have it.

I went for to check my blood pressure when I feel so bad, they even didn’t look at my face at said, “sorry not at the moment.” There must be a certain moment that they only know, to be able to check to blood pressure!

This chemist has gone downhill in the last year. There are never enough staff. Shelves are unfilled and boxes are stacked on the floor. The staff are lovely but there are never enough and there seem to be different staff there every time I come in. Because they don't work there all the time they don't know where things are.
