   I went there 3 times and all 3 times it was closed. I went there 10 AM, 12 midday and 4 pm in different days to get my prescribed medicine. Then how does it show on google map that they work everyday until 6 pm when they don’t?!!! Unbelievable

   The most NICEST people I have ever met, like EVER! They are extremely sympathetic, empathetic and caring. They treat you as if you’re family. I’ve recently moved here and they have done nothing but be so supportive and always come here last minute and they’re always supper quick.

   Had to collect a repeat prescription for my mother as had not received it. Got told first it wasn't due then told, oh it is made up. It should of been delivered but they lost their driver so, rather than contacting customers, just sat on it. Got the prescription home to find two items missing, back down and absolutely not interested in resolving. Since being taken over the service has been shocking.

   The staff were polite enough but they never seem to have much stock. Several times I've called in with a prescription to be told they don't have it in stock and there's a shortage, only to ring other pharmacies who have plenty of stock.

   Appalling customer service the woman on the till has a serious bad attitude I work in the NHS and fully aware of the current pressure health services are under. Blatantly rude manner despite my please and thank yous. If I were to treat patients the way she treats customers I’d get fired. Since the pharmacist left this place has gone down hill rapidly.

   Fairwater branch cardiff. Awful. Rude staff. Tell you its an hours wait when there is no one in there and all staff giggle and laugh amongst themselves and ignore customers. Ive even been told to take my prescriptions elsewhere if im not happy. Also had wrong tablets and they are always out of stock on simple things

   Went to pick up my prescription Saturday told it was discontinued. They gave me ttwo alternative’s I could have. So went to fairwater clinic for the prescription went back to Lloyds to pick it up and was told they didn’t have it and couldn’t get it try somewhere else I was told by the staff so I went to bainbridge pharmacy plasmawr road they also said they haven’t got it. But could and did order it in for me for the next day. I’m not one to complain but this outfit needs seriously to be investigated
