   I won't be shopping here again . Two of the staff were chatting and playing on their phones and when I ask a member of staff is anyone attending the checkout she replied "use the self checkout, over there" , I actually didn't want to use the self checkout. When I did use the self checkout it required a member of staff to check something and of course the member of staff who was only 2 yds away didn't want to assist. I called her several times , eventually she responded, looked to see if there was a red light above the self checkout and then reluctantly made her way to me , I can only imagine the stress that must have caused her . All in all a rotten experience and I won't be using that branch or indeed any other branch of boots , again.

   Lunchtime on a Saturday, the shop should have been fully staffed. It was dark inside and the only member of staff to be seen was a security guard. Long queue at the till (no self service) and no one operating the till either. People were dumping their stuff and walking out. What’s happened to Boots?

   Useless no pharmacist after 3.00 pm on a Saturday means half the stuff you want you can't buy even tho you don't need a prescription. Staff when asked told me to go to Tesco which is what u should've done to start.

   I have very bad experience with perfum staff in that shop. Completely nasty staff not experience at all. No recommend!!! Keep away from that place!

   Never ever had issues here, except for today. The lady at the till (Mary) was quite rude in relation to the pronunciation of my name. I went in to pick up my click and collect and as she got my parcel she pronounced my name as Balwinder, when my name is Bhavneet. I don’t mind if she got it wrong but 1) I’m not sure how she got Balwidner from Bhavneet But 2) it’s okay if you apologise for getting it wrong after I corrected her instead she shrug her shoulders and said “I tried, I was close enough”. I don’t think it’s acceptable to say that to someone, that’s someone’s name and if you can’t respectfully appreciate that you said it incorrectly then I think that’s very out of order. Not happy at all. And quite upset.

   Store is alright but The store changes it’s opening hours randomly meaning it’s difficult to pick up repeat prescriptions. I went today (Saturday) and the store was open but the pharmacy wasn’t?! So I have to make a third trip as the store was closed randomly during the week?!
