No lifts in the shop. I really struggled to get up the stairs and i walk with a stick (40yrs old) congenital disability. I needed to look at children's swimming shorts and was told to go upstairs by their staff, i made a comment to say how will i manage the stairs?, and the staff said sorry but this is just how it is, he then turned around to look at another staff member and continued to talk to him. Nobody bothered to help me, to then discover that the swim shorts were actually downstairs. I was in a lot of pain walking, and struggled with 2 young children. When i asked the staff why is there not a lift, he said its a poorly designed building and its always been that way. How this store are getting away with this is beyond me. Do sports direct -Rugby think that people with mobility issues dont need to bother shopping? We will see about this, once i get in touch with trading standards.

You guys are not serious at all. Every time I place an order, it always takes longer than 7 days. On top of that, you're charging money for the order. I told myself again I wouldn't order again, but I'm stupid and I do it. This time is the last. I have to go on holiday, and my order was supposed to arrive yesterday. Nobody knows anything about this. Bullshit SPORT DIRECT

No lift to the upper floor, making it inaccessible to people with limited mobility or people with push chairs etc. Very poor for 2024! Also, stock levels are poor. Many items in deals such as 2 for £20 etc however there were not two of the same size. Also the store was dirty. The floor was very dusty and clothes soon got covered in dust.

What a joke I purchased standing boxing bag wasn't sure if it was the right one so I asked the guy who was really nice to me he said if its not the right one you can bring it back we will refund your money so it wasn't the right one for me I brought it back and the guy was very rude said you not getting money back so I asked for the manager, the manager came very aggressive said your not getting money back only voucher and told me to take the bag away otherwise he going to put on floor and he is not responsible so will be making a complaint even not wanted to tell me there names or complaint procedure unbelievable.

The most insulting Manager I have ever come across. I was accused of damaging the faulty stock i was trying to return. When I asked the manager "why would I damage an item I had not used, then return it to the store"? he replied "well, I don’t know what you do in your house, maybe this is how you treat things"! I showed the manager another faulty item that was also in the store stocked on the shelves, he just shrugged his shoulders and said the item wasn’t faulty. Very, very poor customer service. Won't be shopping here again. Unfortunately, I have to give at least give 1 star otherwise I can’t leave a review.

I think it's time for Google to create a "minus" rating, in many situations like the one I'm about to describe, people don't even deserve a "star", it's still a star!!! I bought safety shoes from sports direct, Rugby. I wear a UK size-9, I tried on a UK size 9.5 in the store and it was fine. But the next day when I put them on, I spent no more than 3 hours with them, they almost made my feet sore! So, the next day I go to their store and explain the situation, the cashier didn't deal with such things and called a colleague. I explained to him that I wanted to change my shoes to UK size-10, he looked at them and said, you've been wearing them, I can't change them! I told him, my legs are almost sore! Answer me, I don't care, for me these are not faulty shoes! Also, It's very interesting that one of the things he told me was: I can't accept them because I can't sell them again! SO IF I HAD WASHED THEM, (which in this case I could have done, but I DID NOT) THEN THEY WOULD RESPOND AGAIN ON THE SALE STAND? What is the guarantee that you don't sell goods returned by your customers, just like that, washed? His behavior was absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, no respect for customers! He does NOT even realize who he is talking to!!! And another one of his colleagues, stood in front of me like store security, with crossed arms! I was with my wife and my 4-month-old baby...! I asked him what his name was, he gave me a 5 or 6 digit number, I can't remember exactly), boy realize, you're just a number! The "staff" didn't even have a "sports direct" uniform, who am I talking to, not sure!? You are the most disgusting store I have ever been in with the rudest staff, you don't deserve anyone to visit you at all! Who knows, that might be the goal of the staff!?

Today at 14:40 someone stole my bike from the front of Shop Sport direct and this person cut the bike lock. Please let me know if someone see this. How is a big store like sport Direct and doesn't put surveillance cameras in front of the store?
