   On March 13th I ordered a series of fiberglass elements for the bodywork of a car with a total cost of almost 500€ (2189.98PLN) from Byba Kits on Ebay (from the Poland site). Almost a week later I am contacted privately by the seller who tells me that they do not ship to the islands (at the time of the order there is no such limitation on their eBay page). Furthermore, this statement of theirs is even more false since I know well some of their customers who live on the same island as me, have recently purchased, and have not had any problems with shipping. After this "little" waste of time and teasing (probably invented to save time), they justify themselves by saying that they work 70 hours a week and that they are very busy. Problem that absolutely does not concern the customer who has paid, for some time now, without having news of his goods and his money. If you don't know how to manage a business, it is better not to do it rather than invent absurd excuses. But the story does not end there: they also tell me that they tried to give me back the amount spent but Ebay presented an error (unknown) and it was not possible to reimburse me. I paid with PayPal so I don't even believe this umpteenth lie. After a few messages they tell me that they would have contacted the DPD courier to check if it was possible to send the goods to my address and how much it would cost (I had already paid the shipping costs of course and from their statement it would seem that they wanted me to pay for others, extra ). They tell me they would let me know about the next day. This did not happen, I have not had any more messages or news about the goods from them. Days go by. In the eBay app for some time now I have displayed "Shipped" but in reality they had not even contacted the courier for collection yet. Therefore, we arrive close to the delivery date scheduled by eBay and I receive an email from the courier who had taken charge of my shipment. The package obviously arrives with days and days of delay. I open the box and the first thing I notice is the poor packaging quality, the strong smell of fiberglass and the inside of the box, together with the products, very dirty with dust. Furthermore, some components are not identical to the photos in the description and show some manufacturing defects. The spoiler in particular has exposed glass fibers (unacceptable for such a visible component). Bad experience with this seller, absolutely not recommended.
