Tom is a great vet. Very friendly and calming. Forest House is a brilliant vets everyone is so friendly and helpful.
The staff are kind, welcoming and can’t do enough to help! They managed to squeeze an appointment in on a Sunday for my dog when they were fully booked as they could see I was worried about her. The next day they rung and asked how she was, her symptoms and if I had any worries to ring back. 100% recommend.
Avoid if you don’t want your pet killed. Read all the other reviews, it’s all about money for these leeches. Killed our neighborhood stray cat. Brought her to them, they said she is sick, they will keep her overnight and morning we can decide if we want to put her down or not, the vet kept pushing for her to be put down the night itself, saying the treatment will be expensive. We call in the morning and the rude receptionist (Donna) tells us she can’t give us any info on the cat by which I have started to find the situation extremely suspicious. Go there and they make all kinds of excuses about how she was not well during the night and that they put her down already. Never again are any of my own pets going to these people.
Martin is a wonderful vet. We are very happy with this practice. He is such an experienced and talented medical professional. His care for the animals as well as their owners is second to none. We are very grateful and appreciate for the outstanding level of care he has given to our cats. Martin is the very best vet we have ever encountered. We have total confidence that he would always give our pets the best possible care and treatment. He is very approachable and kind.
We have had our dogs with this surgery for many years. They truly surpassed themselves this week in the care they showed our beloved whippet when he sadly needed to be put to sleep. The dignity Alana showed him was amazing. She talked him through every step of the way telling him what may hurt and what would be cold. A heartbreaking moment was made beautiful by their super special care. I can't thank you enough. Even the receptionists who answered my calls and helped me so sympathetically when I called to book the appointment were all outstanding. Thank you all so much xxx
We have been going to Forest House Vets Windsor with our boxer dog for the last 18 months. We highly recommend them. We’ve had two major issues with the dog, one a year ago and we needed to be referred to a specialist. The team were very patient and helped us with insurance forms and were generally the best support over the course of two months whilst we got to the root cause. And most recently this week the team have been incredible, always seeing us at short notice on the same day if possible, giving the dog the biggest fuss when they see him to the point he LOVES going there and all of the staff are awesome especially the Vet Alana! Informative, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better medical team for our Dog.
My Dog was lost and taken to Forest vets. They kept her overnight, fed and looked after her and didn't charge a penny. Wonderful team of people. Highly recommend.
Expensive but all vets are. Good service and friendly staff. My puppy fell and hurt his shoulder and got seen right away
We would like to thanks to all especially to veterinarian Jade Burke for her competent, kind approach during and after the practice. Despite of the terminal times of our lovely cat Zeytin's condition, her humanitarian and professional attitude supported us to overcome our sorrow. Jade and Tom were very competent. They took action immediately and gave clear feedback about his condition and what to do next with benefits and consequences. Thanks to all again.
