   I would 100 % recommend kpt solicitors, they are very informative and hard working, we was selling my grandfather property, as anyone would know selling a loved one’s house is stressful and upsetting, the transaction with ktp made this more bearable and the professionalism took the stress away. We had the pleasure dealing with Karen Phillips for this transaction. Karen is so professional with her thoroughness and her expertise to the point that my family and I will be only be dealing with Ktp solicitors going forward with anything we need to do with solicitors and advice. I live in Caerphilly, the trip to Pontypridd is worth it every penny.

   I've just very recently used ktp to act on my behalf whilst selling my property.. if I could give 10 stars I would, Karen is absolutely brilliant, she dealt with my sale and if it wasn't for her I don't know how I would have coped.... she's always on hand to answer any questions, she's super informative and very professional.she kept me sane in one of the most stressful times ive ever been through and nothing was ever to much i had constant communication and kept up to date at every stage..I cant thank her enough I'd highly recommend her and ktp. top marks all round.    Do not operate good practice. No warning of using my details to notify other people involved with my confidential information. Caused a-lot of issues and stress with my family as information was shared without checking it was ok with me first. One line rude responses over email too. I wouldn't use this place.

   Unacceptable service. Bought my house in September 2021 and not completed until April 2022 due to delayed progress by staff that been passing the case for one member of staff to another by the end I was on the fourth person that was dealing with my file. Very poor communication between staff and client at all levels. I am aware of delays due to covid but based on my personal experience I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

   My wife and I had an amazing experience with Elizabeth Hinton. We can't recommend her enough . Extremely knowledgeable, fast to respond and get things done . NEVER left us in the dark , during the entire process we knew what was happening and what would be the next step . I had our sellers contacting us to ask about the process he mentioned he wasn't as confident on his solicitors as we were on ours . Highly recommend her .
