   Firm was hired by me to handle the purchase of a no chain property in Pontypridd. Emails were extremely slow and lacked information I requested or solicitor was on annual leave. I received more information from a local insurance company and also the estate agent office on queries I had. Substandard service provided at best. Steer well clear of this place.

I always felt like we were ahead of the rest of chain, comms, paperwork etc always really prompt, and Rhunedd was quick to give advice where warranted when the chain started to become tense.
