Nia Gittins (partner at David W Harris) was recommended to me by another solictor for my remortgage. Nia provided excellent service in all aspects (especially communication) and I was able to remortgage swiftly within 1 month. In meeting Nia and the team I found all were very friendly and put me at ease. To give some backstory I intially used another solictors (remote) recommended by my broker, unfortunately the service level was poor so I changed to Nia. Its just as important to consider your solictor prior to submitting a mortgage offer (as this is needed) and not make the decision on the spot (which I did). Thanks Nia and the team for your help.

Tried twice to make contact via email and then via online chat. I didn't get any kind of response at to any of the emails. Managed to have an online chat but the result of the conversation led to a promise by the online helper for contact soon after. But that didn't happen. I ended up going somewhere else to look for help. Zero service provided, only wasted time on my part. Therefore definitely wouldn't recommend.
