   Been recommended by estate agent to make things smoother. From the start comms were clunky. Online portal contained conflicting information from what they would tell me on the phone and looked so confusing. The verify 365 app for ID check didn't work and had poor reviews. I cancelled before things got worse. Do not waste your time. They're not even cheap!

   Initially, the solicitors were instructed by our broker and estate agents. Our first communication wasn’t great, but we later found out the property the estate agents were trying to sell was not compliant with the title and some building regulations. This caused a lot of delays, and as first-time buyers we didn’t know what to expect. After I emailed my solicitor directly, I received a clear and reassuring answer. From that point forward, they were responsive and proactive. Although our first property fell through, they were understanding and explained everything thoroughly, which gave us the confidence to continue with them. A big thank you to Carys and Kelsey, who were extremely supportive and helpful during the purchase of our second property. They made sure everything was in order before proceeding,we completed in less than 10 weeks, and I was so happy to receive the news. Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I was Selling a number of units and was recommended SB Lawyers. I was unfortunately assigned a lawyer with very limited customer relation's knowledge 'Ms S Farrell' and so had to lodge a number of complaints. The conveyance took 11 months and I NEVER spoke with my Solicitor.....not once. She was always unavailable and NEVER returned my calls. I asked on a couple of occasions whether it's best to move Solicitors, the current Managing Director 'Mr Allison' declined and was unwilling to explore the possibility that a client was not receiving the service expected of a solicitor within their employment, demonstrating a desire to protect his business over client satisfaction. All other communications with staff including the solicitors line manager 'Mr Greenhough' was perfectly acceptable. I have now instructed The Legal Ombudsmen to investigate a number of ethical and legal complaints.

   Marie's team did a fantastic job acting for me on property purchase. Both Helen and Yvonne were very good but I have to give a special mention to Adam who I dealt with mostly and really fought my corner when the seller was being difficult. He also managed to resolve a substantial issue after the purchase was completed. The seller had agreed to something but did not fulfill. Very pleased and would use again if needed.
