The best vets I have ever used and I highly recommend them! Not only are they clinically brilliant, but they have such warmth and compassion. I was so nervous about an upcoming operation for my black lab (my baby) that Michael actually asked "How can I make it easier for you?" He then proceeded to accommodate everything I asked. All the staff are warm and friendly and treat your pets like their own. Words are just not enough to express how brilliant they are.
Such a fantastic vet. They take care of two of our cats Pepper and Carlos. Everyone is friendly and efficient, and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend their services. Thank you!
Michael, Nikki & the whole Crown Vets Team are absolutely incredible. My husband and I only recommed Crown Vets in the Tandridge/Redhill area. Our Dog, Tywin (Belgian Tervuren Shepherd) was born with a rare genetic condition, which sadly this led to multiple surgeries & complex recoveries. Over the short 5.5yrs of his life, Tywin was in & out of Crown Vets roughly every two weeks - 28 days. Tywin always received the most fantastic care, up until his very last moments. We will be forever grateful for the constant support from the whole team. The dedication & care that Tywin received from the entire Crown Vets Teams, is without a doubt the only reason we got as long as we did with our beautiful boy. 'Thank you' will never be enough.
Couldn't rate Michael & Nikki highly enough. My Belgian Shepherd has a very unusual and complicated birth defect that has needed regular treatment and monitoring, all of which has been first class! Not only is my dog in great hands with the staff here but he really likes them both and trusts them. I would recommend 1000%
Really lovely family run vets, Micheal has helped me massively restore my faith in vets after some really bad experiences elsewhere which left me with trust issues and trauma. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else now. Really recommend.
Lovely staff: Juliette is our cats' lockdown heroine number one! Our pets receive regular reminders for routine checks but never too many. All communication at a very reasonable pace, never spam!
kind, caring, and compasionate everybody in this practice from the reception staff to the vets themselves do there very best to look after you and your pet to the best of there ability!, I have been coming here for three years they understand the emotional content of your visit, and are the human face of animal care, doesnt leave you thinking that they are just a faceless money making machine. Real people with feelings for both the animals and people they care for in times of need. A small practice with personal service and care ,combined with genuine motivations ,you wont find better! recommended!
A great veterinary practice. They look after our dog with great love and care. The vet is not his favourite place to go, but they manage his nervousness by being calm and assured with him. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
