Alfie has been fit and healthy, so I have not needed to contact Petplan until a few weeks ago when he was attacked by a dog. His treatment required sedation, stitches and hospital care. My vet submitted a claim on my behalf which was paid by Petplan on the same day that the claim was submitted. This is fantastic service and I would like to say a big thank you to the Petplan team.”

“We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. He was a complicated soul, with many issues through his life, and a number of surgeries during which he was cared for in an exemplary manner. Nobody was ever intimidated by his size and appearance which was something we faced a lot in the "real world", even if he was affectionately nicknamed "The Beast" by Neil!
