   Really friendly and helpful staff when I asked about car safety options, a soft crate and other supplies for a new puppy. I was there for a little while and 3 different people helped me in the aisles-all very kind and I noticed and appreciated the service.

   Not great, I was charged full price for what was supposed to be 3 for 2 products. I sent my receipt to customer support but they said I would need to return to store to receive a refund. Not good considering I live 35 minutes drive from the store. I would surely spend as much in fuel as the refund. Not good customer service

   Avoid the whole shop. You are better off with small local pet shops. Snobbish busy staff members who are unwilling to help, all they care about are sales. Specially their senior staff. Done dealing with them.

   Fairly standard branch on the same estate as M&S, Oak Furniture, Boots, etching, with lots of parking. Easytobget to and medium sized. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Can't bring myself to give them 5 stars because they are so blooming expensive.
