   Don't get your reptile bulbs here. Mine lasted 8 hrs before it blew, and returns not accepted. At least amazon have a returns policy, which is where I will be shopping from now on.

   Staff are awful. Rude, sulky face from the younger girl.. so unnecessary especially as they are charging £10 on something that was £7 3 weeks ago.. Halifax store it’ll be £7.. Not even be polite about it. Why are these people employed with such bad attitudes…

   Amy is our usual groomer for our terrier mix breed, she is fantastic with him, bonus that he even lets her clean his teeth (we wouldnt stand a chance) and she knows that he doesnt tolerate his front legs being shaved so she hand cuts them for him. All the staff are amazing, polite and happy to answer any questions you have. They even make sure that our doggo has the groom room to himself due to him being dog reactive. He always comes out with a happy tail after his groom looking and smelling fresh. 10/10 recommend for anyones dogs grooming needs!

   Been pass the shop a number of time and went in for the first time to buy my son a hamster staff was really friendly and give us alot of advice about looking after a hamster and what they need, they even spoke to my son(5) in a friendly way and didn't dumb it down. I thought was very nice. Their is plenty in the shop for different animals and is a good size price are very reasonable. Parking in free and their is plenty front and back.

   Wasn't plesant to see very unhappy parrots they were shaking shivering not a ideal place for such animal as its not warm place small cages... They looked really sad. And one had some beak problems poor thing.

   Great polite and knowledgeable staff. Clean. Well organised. Lots of products. Some good deals. So tempting that they sell sweets at the till! Lots of parking at the back and front of the store. Wheelchair accessible into and around the store. Lovely owners. I've been told their groomer is great too.

   Brilliant pet store and the groomers are brilliant too. Better range than your stores like Pets at Home and staff are fabulous. Always friendly and helpful. Jumper is from the store on the pup and the groom is after his first groom at the groom room there.
