   We've just been here for dinner on a Monday night. We paid close to £80 for two meals, 3 drinks and a desert. Not a small sum. Food: I had a steak which was very thin. It tasted ok but wasn't worth the £30 price tag My other half had the JD chicken which was really nice but still at little pricey at £20. Service: Firstly, we were rushed to our table by someone who clearly didn't want to be there. They didn't even acknowledge us several times. At no point did anyone ask us how our meal was. We had to wait ages for the bill. So much so, we had to resort to going to the bar to pay. At this point I questioned the waitress on the issues highlighted above. I qoute "it's TGI's what do you expect.." They also said they were under staffed, but they only had 4 tables that needed serving. Hardly a big challenge and more of just an excuse. No offer of a discount on the bill If they are going to offer food at this price, it needs the service to back it up. It's not one we will be returning to.

   First time here, no waiting time. I went there with a group of 12 (adults and children), the waitress was really great (kudos for him), however the food was below average. In ordered two burgers ( the messy + the glaze chicken burger) , and both below average (The beef one was very very fatty). Our friends ordered a steak and it was dry, the fried chicken was OK. Think twice before heading to the toilets because it was really very very dirty.

   First time here - a friend and I had lunch on a Sunday. No wait times and the food came out promptly. Staff were friendly. We both ordered burgers (wagyu and vegan) As burgers go, they were average A lot of the lights were not working and we’re flickering which made the experience less than comfortable for my friend who suffers from sensory issues.

   A zero star would be most suitable. Visited Friday evening, we had a group booking of 10 people. When we arrived they said they were unable to do one large table and had to split us.. we was disappointed but agreed as what other choice did we have? 20mins after seated we had to flag staff to order our drinks.. 15 mins later they arrived. We thought well with only 2 staff on maybe as people started to leave our service would speed up.. it didn’t. 20 mins later We had to flag staff to order food… 20 mins later that arrived.. My steak was over cooked liked a tough leather so I returned it for another which arrived better cooked however it was still like leather and bland. The large mushroom was raw. Many others in the group were unhappy with their food. The staff were clearly unhappy and did not want us there. Which is fine as none of us will ever return.

   Cold nacho plate, little things floating around in my rum. Medium-rare ribeye was more a medium well. Salade was just a half of lettuce with 4 pieces bacon on it. Last time for me. Service was ok though!

   I dont know what the womens name was that served us but she was lovely and the only one that seemed to care about great customer interaction....we came 06/05/22 about 9pm food was lovely and it was a relaxing evening.

   Cocktails are one of there specialties. The food is always cooked freshly and the staff are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience in this Friday's branch.

   Two of us came here for dinner today, it's a Monday, waited at least 5 minutes at the bar and no one bothered us, we wanted to sit by the window. As a result, the waiter did not let us sit by the window, and told us that the seat was for more than 6 people, but at that time there were already people sitting in those seats and there were only 3 people at most, so we were not allowed to sit. We walked away angrily and the waiter didn't care about us, maybe it was because we were Asian faces

   Not a fan. Costs too much and went in about π seconds. Got me a cheeky refillable drink because I thought I may aswell scam them out of a few coke zeros but only got two refills because apparently noone works there. Absolute flipping ghost town
