   I've just received my upright piano from this store. Tommy was a great help and went out of his way to ensure I received the piano on the date I requested at such short notice. In terms of the delivery, it was very smoothly. The delivery guys kept me updated with the delivery times and smoothly installed my piano in less than 5 mins! The piano was second hand but was refurbished to look brand new and it the tuning is perfect. Couldn't recommend buying from this store more. :)

   Would highly recommend The Little Piano Store! Tommy was quick to respond to my messages and was able to book a viewing appointment at a time convenient to me. There was a great selection of pianos to choose from and Tommy let myself and my children spend plenty of time narrowing down our favourites. Within a week our Kawai piano had been safely delivered. Great service!

   We've just had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful Yamaha upright piano from The Little Piano Store. Tommy, the owner, was brilliant with us from start to finish, and his customer service is top notch. He helped us through the whole process, and was never once pushy. He gave great advice when we asked for it, and made the whole process very simple and straighforward. The range of pianos he has in stock is extensive and they are all beautifully looked after.    What an amazing experience. Tommy was brilliant from start to finish - lots of useful information before our appointment, a warm welcome on arriving at this lovely store (even a cup of tea) and the right amount of space given to play the pianos whilst also being on hand to guide. Such a friendly place! And lots of choice of lovely pianos. Great communication afterwards and brilliant, speedy delivery by very efficient, polite and careful delivery drivers. The piano will be treasured for many years to come. Thanks so much! My only regret is that I didn’t look here sooner!

   Every now and again, you come across customer service that blows you away. I first contacted Tommy a few months ago and explained to him that I wanted to upgrade from a digital piano to an upright. I went to his showroom which is clean, bright and well set out and there were plenty to choose from. Tommy doesn’t do the hard sell and is honest and pragmatic about pianos. He’s also a very talented musician and will happily play so you can hear the instrument. There wasn’t anything I wanted (I had some tough criteria) so we kept in touch and I visited other stores, which often left me feeling like I was being fobbed off to buy new pianos which had the best mark up for the store. I also realised that many of the stores don’t even know what they have on the floor and Yamaha keys were sticking because they hadn’t been serviced before putting them out. Soul destroying when you are looking to spend your savings. Tommy and I stayed in touch and I knew that he would find me the perfect piano. I tried a Hoffman, some Yamahas and a beautiful bluthner. None were quite right for me and Tommy was so patient. Eventually Tommy sourced a very rare knight which was exactly what I was looking for and it’s gorgeous. We both knew it was ‘the one’. It was delivered yesterday and I can’t stop playing it! Tommy even french polished the stool so the whole look is over and above what I expected. I wouldn’t buy a piano from anyone else having had this experience and would recommend Tommy in a heartbeat. He will go the extra mile for you.

   Tommy is very knowledgeable and was able to help me buy the right piano for a Christmas present. He answered all my questions (I had a million of them!) in such a professional manner. From the second I enquired to the moment I got it delivered I was very happy. His showroom is such a lovely and welcoming place and I definitely recommend going in and having a look as he has a wide range of pianos and will give you the right advise without being pushy!    The Little Piano Store is a little gem, really pleased it exists when so many music shops have disappeared from the high street in recent years. Tommy does a wonderful job cleaning & restoring the pianos, is very knowledgeable, prompt to get back to any enquires and is great at giving advice and tips. Don’t hesitate going and trying out the different pianos in the showroom as they all have unique characters - it’s worth taking time to decide which one is the right match for you. We’re over the moon with our Kemble and will treasure it for many years, thanks again Tommy!
