   I had a terrible experience with this cheesesteak company. The service was extremely poor, staff was rude, order took forever, they got my order completely wrong. The food itself was disappointing, the cheesesteak was cold/greasy/overcooked/undercooked, bread was stale, portions were small. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning. I expected much better based on the hype.

   Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff. The shop owner and team members are rude, aggressive, and completely lack basic manners. If you ask a simple question, they start misbehaving, using harassing language, and acting crazy instead of helping. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. No respect, no professionalism, and no accountability. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be insulted and treated badly.

Arrived outside store between 20-25 past and they were closed although they meant to close @22:30. I called numerous times, left voice mail and even messaged on fb. My only disappointment was that they didn't actually offer a cheesesteak sandwich, which I was looking forward to having. Nevertheless, the loaded fries I received were seasoned well and very tasty.
