   They dont let you see the kennels, or leave personal things for the dogs. There is no customer care. We booked are two dogs in for 1night. Dropped off at 8 30am... picked up 8.30am the next day and was charged 2 days by a very rude man .. £70! Both dogs smelt really badly of urine, and were filthy. I should have realised when they had space last minute during 1/2 term. Please avoid if you love your dog.

   Our Shandie had stayed up at Mount pleasant kennels for 20 days. The care they provide is very good on all levels and the team are so friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend. Thank you Mount pleasant.

   We used this cattery for our 5 month old shy kitten, we picked her up after 7 days and she stayed in a air conditioned room with plenty of food, litter and even toys we didn’t take with us. Picking her up she was instantly happy and after bringing her home she had been eating well, fit and very happy. Our kitten is very cautious and can struggle with new people so to pick her up and see that she’s been well looked after, played with and cuddled we are overjoyed!!! I can’t stress enough how happy we are to know she was in good hands. Staff is also really lovely and price was exactly as advertised.

   Excellent! Have used on a number of occasions now. Just cannot fault them! Lovely people with great facilities for the dogs, and plenty of space at the back for walks. They really do look after them so well. Big Thank-you to everyone there. Wouldn't use anyone else!

   First time we have used Mount Pleasant, it was recommended by our son & daughter in law. Not everywhere accepts the loving English Bull Terrier but Carol & Stuart never questioned it. Our Poppy went away quite happily and came back happy she was really settled, good value and really nice people, great, clean place. We have already booked her in for another two holidays. A+

   Our small dachshund has been here several times over the last 6 months. The owners are always helpful and accommodating and the staff are great. Our dog seems well cared for, always happy to return. The kennels themselves always look clean and well maintained. They do get very busy during school holidays though, so book ahead! Highly recommened.

   Just collected our dog yesterday and wow we were so happy with how they looked after her. Shes a very scared dog but they comforted her and gave her lots of cuddles and she came out of her shell eventually. Shes been in kennels before and always struggled but she was really happy and we could tell they had really cared for her, highly recommend these kennels A*****
