   As a group of 12 we pre booked booths for drinks and were shown out booth without any issues but when it came to ordering food we got told to scan the QR code and order. Unfortunately the QR code worked but we could t others food as there was an error meaning we had to order at the bar. My food arrived more than an hour after ordering. I was aware they were understaffed and the bar girl was really apologetic and she did her very best. Mamagement should have recognised it was going to be busy and taken on more staff. That said the atmosphere was great and our group have a great time.

   Came here with a friend for Halloween weekend, great place, great dancers, music and overall lovely atmosphere. Drinks are always great, too. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but on Saturday night we ordered food and it hadn’t come out for ages, we stopped a lovely lady with black hair and asked her and she had it made for us right away with a free side of mac and cheese bites. Didn’t catch her name but was truly lovely.

   this place sucked. incredibly loud, terrible music, overpriced, and awful. the vodka coke tasted suspicious, the vodka lemonades came with a single, 80% already melted, ice cube. the bar staff looked sad and dead inside, and the dancers were just in your face when you're trying to order drinks. queued for far too long and paid more than double what everybody else expected to enter in (expectations from previous visits mind), and then paid almost £10 per double vodka lemonade. outrageously expensive, even pulse is cheaper. there were people straight up selling you overpriced stuff in the bathrooms, and the place seemed to be incredibly densely populated yet nobody was dancing. the vibes were bland and we quickly left to go elsewhere. also, why on earth is there a huge tv showing the dance floor? I don't want to turn around and see the back of all my friends heads on a cinema size screen. they were also showing the f1 qualifying highlights on tv screens all around the dance floor. the music was insanely loud, we had to scream into eachothers ears just to still not hear eachother. what a fever dream, or should i say fever nightmare. never going to one of these again. first and last time, thanks. at least we didn't get body slammed, beaten to death, or sexual assaulted by the bouncers.

   Me and my missus went to the Bristol one and got served by Emma her service was great was very accommodating and friendly couldn’t ask for more tbh. Atmosphere was probably the thing that stood out the most it felt like some western in a desert. Pizza was decent and drink was great, and yea the people who worked here were full of character would def come back here. They really treat you good with the bottomless

   Lively place to watch the Superbowl. Our group ordered a pre-paid drinks package when we booked, only to be told that certain drinks were not available, despite ordering and paying well in advance. Management was quick to find a solution though.

   Atmosphere was OK, drinks were pricey, bar staff were friendly, only downside was that the toilets were absolutely disgusting and to top it off the male toilet attendant has no intention of helping you if you don’t pay him… even to the point where he refuses you a paper towel to dry your hands if you do not give him money. In my honest opinion my group of friends and I had high expectations when visiting here and did leave feeling a bit let down.

   Need to wear flat shoes if you want to dance on the bar. Staff are lovely, dancers are a vibe. Was told there's a bull to ride on but there wasn't one. Shout out to the loo lady for helping look after my friend who spent her entire night in there ✌️ Would defo visit again.
