Took my lhasa apso in for a groom today, had to change groomers due to ours closing down and boy what a mistake. My wife dropped him off with written and verbal instructions on not to cut his face too short just a trim, picked him up and was disgusted the way she cut his face so so short does not look like a lhasa,all she said was had to due to knots, this was never a problem at our other groomers (my wife said if knotty leave it and will comb them out ourselves) She should of contacted us first before cutting it off because we would of said no. To me the groomer could not be bothered and thought stuff it will just cut his beard totally off. Why do companies not follow simple instructions is beyond me.
