   If I could rate 0 stars I would. I can not believe what this groomers have done to my dog. She has been groomed every 6 weeks for the last 18 months. Due to moving areas we had to change groomer. This was Mabel’s 3rd visit to Taylored Tails previously no problems. I picked Mabel up and didn’t even think to examine her coat but as soon as I got home I was in tears at what they had done to her gorgeous coat that I had taken such pride in for 18 months. I have taken her to her previous groomer who was also in shock and believe they have clipped her fur although they deny it. Her coat is blunt and in even, her legs have even been clipped and they are very uneven. I will attach some photos of the mess they left her in. I took Mabel back to the groomers where I was met by a very rude hard faced lady who was not understanding at all. The lady who’s name I didn’t get was not empathetic at all and did not offer an apology, instead she went on to tell me the state of Mabel’s coat was down to the type of fur she has and it was like that because I like to keep her long. I asked why this had never happened before if this was the case. The lady then became very confrontational and said ‘WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO TAKE IT SHORTER’ I said absolutely no way was she touching my dog again but I would not be paying for this groom. The lady then threatened to take me to court which is absolutely laughable after the state they left her in. We were then ushered out of the shop being told to get out. I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service I would not advise anyone to use these groomers. Absolutely no care or compassion and definitely do not know what they are doing with show cocker grooming. I would much rather the lady had just told me it was out of her scope of practice. You can tell ‘it’s just a dog’ to them.

   My babies have been going here for several years even followed Julie from wyke as very satisfied with their service Julie and co have are always been very professional and take very good care I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else ❤️

   Been taking my little Yorkie here for 8 year's now and thay are a fantastic team,my little one always comes back looking great and smells beautiful,I will never take her anywhere else would recommend to anyone and the prices are reasonable 10/10

   I can’t believe what you have done to our dog! Absolutely horrible service. You keep her for 2 hours, if not longer and you have butchered her! She has chunks of fur missing, Just look at the before and after, only 2 days apart! I get that she might have had knots but you should have called us to ask permission to go as short as you did! You will never be touching our puppy again! DISGUSTING! Our dog has been so quiet since her visit, diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargic..who knows what stress you have put her through! HORRIBLE!

   My poodle has been here for years.This place always had my girl looking like a princess and the prices are very reasonable.I have tried other places but I think Taylored Tails do a consistently excellent job and I am prepared to travel because their service and standard is so good.
