We have been going to Dapper Dogs for 4 years now and couldn’t recommend Ged enough! Ziggy always comes back looking amazing and he really cares about the dogs.
We have just got a rescue Staffy cross, he had been in Kennels a while and developed a bit of a smell! Ged was brilliant with him, he arranged a quick meet to get to know him and treated our 'Rocky' like a dog of his own. He was also amazing at squeezing him in at short notice. When he was picked up 'Rocky' was so happy, he had obviously been in great hands and treated brilliantly. Rocky now smells better and is better groomed than myself. Couldn't recommend Ged enough for being absolutely brilliant with our dog and us.
Consistently excellent 121 grooming. Really knows his stuff and is an absolute perfectionist. My dog is always happy to arrive and clearly nice and relaxed when I pick him up. Highly recommended.
If more than 5 stars were available, Ged would get them!! My dog is rather wary of men, but she took to Ged straight away going all doe eyed from his belly rubs! He allowed her to sniff around off lead and relaxed her by giving her a chance to acclimatise. She loved the experience and was so relaxed when I left her and when I collected her. The place was very clean, and my dog left there looking so much better than when she went in! We will definitely be returning to Dapper Dogs!

Ged is an angel. He took on the challenge to tackle our matted 11 month old labradoodle and did a wonderful job! He was extremely matted and Ged saved as much fur as he could, making sure he was comfortable but also matt free! He offered excellent advice and clearly is a natural with all things four pawed. He took his time and didn’t rush the appointment compared to bigger corporate chains who have a set time slot and just do as much as they can within that time frame. He takes pride in his work and it’s clear he loves doing what he does! We can’t wait to work with Ged moving forward to get the perfect teddy bear cut! Would DEFINITELY recommend 10/10!!
Great service from Ged, he really goes out of his way to understand the cut you are looking for. Ged was great with my puppy who was a little nervous to start with. This is the best groom my dog has ever had, we wont be going anywhere else moving forward. Very happy dog and a very happy owner!
Ged is an extremely professional and knowledgeable dog groomer, he works thoroughly and with care. We have been taking our Golden Labrador to Ged for a year now for full baths and groom's and he comes back looking stunning every time. Just popped in with Max to have his claws cut, as it was quick job I stayed with him and to see Max so relaxed around Ged made me happy. You can really tell the passion that Ged has for the job with the care and attention he gives to your dog whilst they are in his care. Wouldn't go anywhere else and would completely recommend.
