I have been using Michelle dog grooming for over two years for Poppy my Shitzu. Always welcoming and listens to how i prefer my dog to be cut. Her soft voice and soothing nature helps to keep Poppy calm and she always comes home smelling lovely. I would highly recommend K9 Kutz service and business.
I've been taking my lhasa apso( Alisia ) to k9 kutz for over 8 years now Michelle always greets us with kindness and a reassuring manner. With Each grooming visit my dog always looks amazing Michelle takes hers time and listens exactly to how you want your dog to be groomed Best groomer I know 10/10 each time
Took my Pomsky (Pomeranian cross Husky) on Sunday. Sent the groomer pictures way in advance and also showed her again on the day of exactly how she looks with a cut and how I wanted it. She cut ALL her hair off. Long tail GONE, lovely characteristic of hair, GONE!!! Tail now looks like a bog brush! Her bum is all different lengths! She had the cheek to say that’s what I wanted to get out of it! Errrr I showed you a pic of HOW I wanted my dog to look! Regardless of bum area needing cutting (as requested) the remainder of her coat i didn’t ask to be butchered. Looks like she cut her with a Swiss Army knife! PLEASE NOTE THE PICTURE BELOW (WITH FUR) IS OF AN AMAZING CUT ‘Best Friends’ did in Cheshire. Which Michelle was shown and strictly told I wanted again. The short picture is Michelle’s ‘vision’ of the first picture. Woman hang up your scissors you can only do one cut.

Wow what can we say...we love bringing our dogs here. We are so glad we found this lovely dog groomer, very professional, very softly spoken and really calm with our dogs. Our two mini poodles always come back like brand new and smell absolutely divine! This groomer does not cut corners in any way, she is very systematic in her approach to her business, very honest and trust worthy. Cannot fault her at all. Would highly recommend!
I rang up for an appointment and I was fitted in within a week. Lennon my doggy really feels calm and at home when he goes to K9 Kutz, Michelle is so gentle and caring and grooms the dog in a really calm and quiet environment. She does a fantastic job and is very professional. I would highly recommend her services as a dog lover herself, she really takes her time and makes Lennon feel special. One Happy Customer who will be using her dog grooming services again and again.
