   Ordered for the 1st time, I searched best kebab in Cardiff and a lot of people on a forum said this place, I opened uber eats and it was the 1st recommended restaurant in the area. it took an hour and a half to get here, said it left the restaurant after about 20 minutes after ordering it didn’t show up for another hour and 10 minutes. I called the restaurant in this time as they use their own couriers rather than Uber Eats and the man on the phone was rude said “it’s on its way bye” and hung up. The food was cold, soggy and when I tried a bit of the meat it had a lot of gristle so was inedible. Requested a refund but doubt I’ll get anywhere with that. I’ll never order again from here, wish I read the reviews here and on trip advisor first, so disappointed

   Salamualaikum I am leaving a review of this shop, and I'm afraid to say it's a negative one.. I ordered food from your shop yesterday and I have to say you brothers are very stingy with the portions. You can give a bit more if you wanted we are paying money for the food... And the person who delivered the food was really rude, he should learn how to be a bit more respectful and a decent human... One last thing i want to say is that I won't be ordering again from here, much better shops out there where they will give you more for the price that you pay. 12 pounds for a tiny little box of food is not worth it... I can name much better places that people can go to like castellos, or erbil or even laziz. Disappointed in you kbs honestly. Won't order from here again

   Terrible experience at KBS Donor Kebab. The portion size was tiny for the high price. I had to wait far too long for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was clear there was no care in preparation. I specifically asked for lamb doner but got something completely off. The food was tasteless and pathetic. Not worth the money or the time.

   absolutely disgusting, i wouldn't recommend at all! i would've rated lower but ofc i can't. i ordered a chicken tikka with mint sauce and some salad. the portion size was ridiculous i'm not happy at all. never order from this place a waste of money. this was £13 with chips and even the chips weren't even a decent portion. starting to think these reviews are either workers or bots. as the food isn’t nice AT ALL!

   We ordered a large shesh it kebab it came tiny with no meat! Cold and horrible salad! The large kebab was also tiny and cold with disgusting salad We rang them up and all they said was sorry we fix it next time and hung up! Absolutely disgusting service and people! Do not order from here! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I have to just to complain! Dirty

   This is the last time I will ever order from this place again, the person on the phone was extremely rude, the food was hardly warm, an I was told a different price on the phone but the delivery guy charged me more money. They use to have good food and great service but it feels like they have gone down hill recently. Hope they can improve for the better for loyal customers, but with me they have definitely lost a customer.

   Worse kebab I’ve ever had. Took an hour to deliver, was cold. Tasted terrible, parts of lamb undercooked with tendons inside looking wormy. Asked for extra chillis received one small one altogether. Do not eat from here

   Placed online order for delivery order accepted and payment received 90 minutes no food called KSB to be told can’t see your order on the screen Bro did you order from us I offered to send a screenshot of the order to an email address he replied no email Bro drive down and show me his next words were I’m busy Bro sort it out so I can’t cancel my payment for two days no food and been abused by KBS

   Absolutely disgusting never ordering from this please aging kebab was swimming in Greece with the chips at the bottom where like mash because of all the Greece.... When I phoned up to explain they where very rude and told me people like the kebab like that 0 taste at all wouldn't even give it a 1 star

   Kapsalon chicken doner. Good quality and a nice healthy portion for the price I feel they could make the trays a little bigger, that said quality over quantity.
