We went there because it was the most convenient location to meet friends off the M5 near Burnham on sea. I don't often write reviews but in this case I just had to. We ordered food and all I can say is WOW! The menu had something for everyone and when the food came it was absolutely fabulous! The prices were extremely good and everyone at our table of 4 was really impressed on the quantity, presentation and taste of the food. This is by far one of the best budget friendly places I have been to and would absolutely highly recommend!

it's a damp good carvery, very tasty, an gravy to die for, Yorkshire puds, a little small reminded me of frozen Yorkshires, but other than that top drawer, an reasonably priced

Came here as someone had commented how good it was when he unfortunately had broken down nearly and we like to support local businesses. We had a great visit, the young man serving was very attentive and friendly, the food was extremely tasty and great portions and the whole place was clean and tidy, a nice relaxed and warm atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Broke down asked if we could use bathroom and buy a drink. Was told no this is private property very rude and opinionated lady at reception! A bit of hospitality is all that is needed when someone is having a bad day

Visited for their country and western weekend. Well decorated venue with a bbq bucking bronco and themed cocktails. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyed listening to the singer - Jordan - felt very welcome even though we are neither local or regulars! Definitely recommend this venue. Plenty of parking spaces and full disability access throughout with a lift to the bar and venue area.

My partner and I attended for a carvery. The meat looked good, however it was a little dry upon returning to our table. The veg had gone over a little, I feel this could have been solved by stirring or turning the veg more often. The real key down though was the roast potatoes. They were essentially boiled potatoes that had been quickly blasted in the oven.

Great selection of hot and cold food, fill your boots buffet. All the usual hot counter offerings. Eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, tomatoes, beans, fried bread, toast and cereals, pastries and drinks. Great food taste, presentation and reception from the windmill team.
