   A bracelet I had bought for my special birthday snapped Xmas day I took it in for repair. I still had the receipt but it was over a year since I had purchased I was amazed when they exchanged it for a brand new one. Excellent customer service. This will make me shop at Swarovski more and I have passed my experience on to family and friends who will do the same. Keep up the good work Swarovski

   Service was okay when shopping for my sisters gift However if you plan on returning the item (I did because it didn’t fit my sister) they will make it very difficult Even when it’s within you rights and you have abided by the stores policy of returns. Probably won’t go back because it was an exhausting experience.

   Visited this store to return a GIFT They were extremely rude and not understanding that it was a gift and I didn’t have things such as an invoice but I had the email confirmation which customer service had told me was fine to take prior to my visit. I also asked customer service if the ring box was fine to return with and they said it was. I was met by 3 women who just were so rude and didn’t seem interested in dealing with me at all. Came in to return the ring but was hoping to get my ring size fitted and look at a different ring I’d seen online because I was interested in purchasing a different one. The girl I asked seemed half asleep and didn’t want to deal with me so I felt too uncomfortable to even ask to look at the other ring I’d seen online. Won’t be visiting again I’d rather buy online!

   The what seemed to be that 'manager' had the worst of attitudes and didn't act professional at all which is what you expect in a shop which is rated '££££' and if she is bot the manager i apologise to the actual manager.
