   25/8/25 - Positive outcome -Such a beautiful sunny & warm afternoon 27°. Decided to visit the cafe for an icecream. Found to be quite pricey however, if you pay for parking you can use the 2nd section of your ticket and the cost of this will be deducted from the total amount spent in the cafe. Negative outcome - Sat outside utilising the cafe's table & chairs and a member of staff from the cafe approached us stating they were removing the chairs & tables s9 coukd we move !!! I asked why when it was only 3.25pm. They said they were closing in 2 minutes. However, the opening times displayed on the glass entry/exit door stated 3.45pm of which I pointed out. The staff replied stating it was a B/H and they closed earlier. Not happy at all especially when the little ones eat better sat at a table than no table. Prior to this and purchasing the icecreams I was informed it was card purchases only. I asked why and they stated "Have no change" I gave them the correct amount of money in British legal tender and stated if you inform others of the issue then the change would probably and quickly add up solving the no change problem. Is there no common sense and problem solving skills anymore !!!!!!!

   Drove 40mins no foot golf anymore, so then asked to do hilltop climb not on either. Why show online if your not doing it. Called 3 times before knowone answered.

   We had a long weekend in the Skipton area, so phoned in to the Swimming Pool to check availability and best options. We received excellent advice from Reception and duly had a good hour in the pool that afternoon.So much so we went back just before leaving for home a few days later for a second session. The whole experience was exceptional, from checking in at the front desk to leaving the cafe a couple of hours later. The Leisure centre has a varied programme with an activity to suit all. It is well supported which says it all. Well recommended!

   Facilities are ok. Swimming pools are fine, however, the 1 member of staff at the front desk was rude, abrupt and looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. Sorry I didn’t get her name. But very short hair mousy brown hair, should give you enough information.

   Great local leisure centre. Well equipped gym, clean pool area, as are all the facilities. Plus a cafe that opens onto the park.

   Me and my friends had a fun session here, managing to get an hour of swimming on a cheap offer! The counter is well-presented with friendly staff, leading to the pool area across multiple mats where lockers are accessible to keep belongings safe. The pool is large and very deep, accompanied by a burning hot sauna and a steam room!

   Plenty to do here and lots of space to just walk around in. Carpark was £2.20 for 3 hours but you get that back if you spend £5 in the cafe!
