Went for breakfast all you can eat. 10mins after we arrived we were told the hotplate was closing, then they removed all the toast and bakery items. They even had a family booked in later than us and their experience was even worse. Also, first bite of my bacon i pulled from my mouth a long black hair. Staff were friendly and apologetic, it wasnt their fault bookings were allowed to be made so close to breakfast finishing time. Breakfast was cheap and cheerful and im sure our experience would have been better if we would have had an earlier booking.

Food was ok, not to be offensive it did a job of filling a hungry stomach. Atmosphere was again ok, but I think this is the nature of this type of place as it is predominantly about the food. Service however was really good, we over complicated the way our 3 families ordered everything and the staff didn’t look put out once (I am aware we did it strangely), I thought the staff were brilliant and really working hard. Just to say my review is based on we hadn’t booked so sat in the bar area.

Food arrived in good time. A few items on the menu not available. Gents toilets out of order too. The staff were very efficient and friendly. There's a large car park that was practically full on a Monday due to the adjacent hotel. Overall, not too bad a visit, but could've been better.

Staff were really helpful but the breakfast was appalling. I can only describe the fried eggs as chewy. Sausages very overcooked. Beans cold. Pancakes really dry. Some of the furniture desperately needs recovering.

The Beefeater Frome Flyer is in a really convenient spot, just a short walk from Gracie Barra Frome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which makes it our go-to place to grab a bite after training. The team often pops in after classes, and it’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The buffet breakfast is a real highlightβ€”great value, plenty of choice, and perfect after a tough morning session on the mats! Consistently good service, decent portion sizes, and a nice place to relax with the team after training. Highly recommend if you’re in Frome, whether for a casual meal or a post-training breakfast.

Nice place and the food was great however the mixed grill was warm not hot as it should be. Did mention to a member of staff for which she apologised but we didn't send it back as it was nice even though a little cool. This is the only reason i gave it 4 star otherwise would have had a 5 star. Would definitely visit again .

Got seated on a table on a side wall (an after thought table ) we asked if there was another table we could have instead as spot was cold and a through fare for traffic. Told they were busy and all tables taken . The Photos show a very different story. Food service extreamly slow . Coffee machine not working .And multiple food items not avalible , food arrived cold and had to be sent back to be heated up. Had it not been 8 30 pm at night when we ordered We would of gone to another venue but at that time of night chances are decent places have no space avalible. Would I recomend definitely not . Date of visit 29th October 2022

Avoid at all costs, the food is barely edible and the clientele treat the place as their front room. Coleslaw lacking any flavour, cold chips too..no wonder most of the food finds its way onto the floor (see photo). It wasn't cleared up for the 20 minutes we remained after they left either.

Friendly staff that make you feel welcome. They guide you to your table. Meal deal is worth every penny. Wide range of delicious food. The overall dining experience is very good, from very well trained staff.

This Beefeater is one of the many branches across the country. Try are literally next door to the premier inn. They have a deal where you can book a, stay dinner and breakfast. You have to try and book a time time save yourself some embarrassment or the typical let me see where I can fit you. They had a list of items they did not have and had to compare that with the normal menu. I ordered chargrilled salmon, it was like 20 minutes they sort of told me but they had to go back and forth between staff and eventually I was told no more salmon available. I had to order a chicken melt instead. I was dissatisfied with this option but I had no other option really. Drinks are a bit expensive to say the least and was not even given a discount. Most people where in one section of the restaurant for some reason
