“The Beefeater Frome Flyer is in a really convenient spot, just a short walk from Gracie Barra Frome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which makes it our go-to place to grab a bite after training. The team often pops in after classes, and it’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The buffet breakfast is a real highlight—great value, plenty of choice, and perfect after a tough morning session on the mats! Consistently good service, decent portion sizes, and a nice place to relax with the team after training. Highly recommend if you’re in Frome, whether for a casual meal or a post-training breakfast.”
“Both bar and food are amazing! Nick at the bar makes such amazing cocktails and love his recommendations on shots! The burritos are delicious, but they do shut early so make sure you’re there by 8/8.15 latest!”
“Lovely cakes Inc vegan and gf. Breakfasts are quality and decent size. We had the house breakfast, avo toast and sweetcorn fritters. All delicious. Very very fast service. Staff are very friendly. Definitely worth the price. There is a shop with nice gifts and a gallery. Highly recommend.”
“This is THE place. Busy busy vibey on a wet November Friday. Warm welcome from Callum and crew. Great drinks and better vibes! 20/10! Thank you!”
“The best burgers we've ever had. Discovered them in lockdown and have since treated friends and family to them, who all agree that they're the best. Staff are really friendly, good sized portions and their chips are really good too.”
“We absolutely loved this location. The friendly staff made it possible to get a table for us spontaneously. The location is just how I want a pub to look like. Cozy but tidy. Food was very delicious, so that I would definitely recommend.”
“We had two lovely meals here whilst staying in the village. Everyone was very friendly. The Sunday roast was one of the best we have had and the homemade icecream was to die for. You do need to book because they get very busy.”
“This is a lovely place to break a long journey and enjoy a tasty lunch. Extensive menu, including sandwiches, pizzas (yummy yum) and more. Great range of ciders too. Large garden with plenty of tables - some overlooking the canal.”
