   There are some lovely items in this store. However, I agree with some previous reviews; the smell from the raw / open treats at the front of the store is awful! I’ve been in a few times now, to have a browse, but had to leave because I can’t stand the smell. I definitely would spend longer in here if this was addressed. The shop does sell some lovely things, although what would be very helpful is a specific puppy section.

   Have been in here quite a few times in the past, but have had some bad experiences and was completely put off last time. So I won’t be going here again. Issues were the following: beetle infestation in the baskets with raw treats. Was told by staff they were aware, and I should not worry as it wouldn’t affect my dog. There nothing they could do about it. But taking home bags of food that are infested sounds disgusting. I don’t want them breeding in my home. Another huge thing for me personally in the summer is they never have the air con on. Pets at home do. Staff here said head office tell them not to use it to keep costs down. But with all the raw food out in the summer, it therefore stinks as soon as you walk in. And it’s uncomfortable to spend time in. Staff generally seem nice except for the unhelpful response to the insect infestation they have covering their products. I will use other stores in future instead and reccomend others do also

   Great shop and staff! Adam has helped us from the moment we first walked into the store and explained that we were getting a Cane Corso puppy a few weeks later. With advice on feeding options to training and much more, Adam has shown a great interest in our pup and watching her grow. He has been a continuous support and fountain of knowledge. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all the staff are always happy to help. Definitely recommend a visit!

   Went to Just for Pets yesterday with Alfie our puppy and was met by the staff who fussed over him and made us feel welcome. They were most helpful and Adam spent a little time with Alfie and did a little training with him. Within 5 minutes, Alfie was giving him his paw on command which was very impressive. I would highly recommend this pet shop for many reasons - its huge selection of accessories, food, treats and more, plus the staff are awesome - it's the only pet shop for us!

   I love this shop. One of very few that sell complete raw cat food which is what helped me find them as I'm not local. Very helpful staff and a pleasure to look around at everything. Wonderful selection for dogs

   It's a nice shop, with lots on offer for dogs and cats, though definitely on the pricier side. There's a wide selection of natural dog treats which is great for the dogs health but not some much for my sensitive nose, I need to shop tactically to get breaks for the smell at the front of the store. There's a nice festive range that is already out. I've had different experiences here. I found during the week the staff are far more attentive and helpful, they seem to have more time for you, which they probably do but it's a shame to have that in comparison to feeling rushed and overlooked on the weekend. The last time I struggled to find something and after asking a few times they reluctantly stopped restocking to show me. I already felt a numpty for having to ask so many times but in my defence it was tucked away and they shouldn't seem visibly put out to help a customer.

   Me and my partner have just got a English Springer Spaniel puppy and already have a Cavalier King Charles who’s 8. Today, we spoke to Adam, who’s previously has been great for advice especially around diet and nutrition. He helped us with our CKC and today gave us loads of information about good treats for lick mats, natural treats like rabbit ears for keeping worms away and an explanation about what food would be best for our puppy and why. The store has loads of natural/raw treats for good pricing and it’s items that’d usually be hard to find such as trotters etc. Overall, great selection of dog treats, food choices, leads, collars, harness and lovely beds! A* customer service and very knowledgeable. Thanks Adam & Team.

   My first visit to just for pets and wow such a vast choice and great treats for any pet, shop is kept clean and staff are very kind, picked up some sausages for my puppy which he will love and prices on these are great. I will be visiting again very soon
