   I took our Cockapoo here for her very first puppy pamper. When I have bathed her it has been torturous, so I did advise the lady in advance that she might be a handful. Imagine my surprise when I picked her up and the lady showed me a video of my pup being bathed and loving every minute of it! She looked like a big ball of fluff when I picked her up and smelt amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff who were absolutely charming and clearly love dogs. Would definitely recommend and have already booked our puppy in for her next pamper.

   This was my second time visiting the salon. Our first experience was fine hence why we booked again. I wasn’t pleased with my puppy pamper the second time. I informed the groomers of the matted area and asked that they try their best, when I picked her up I asked if there were any issues and the groomers said no, all fine. And then I examined her at home and found these issues. My pup still had the same matts in her hair that I informed the groomers of, her eyes were left obviously uneven. It doesn’t seem that her hygiene area has been trimmed and her nails are still really long. I messaged the page about over 2 months time. my concerns and was willing to give them another try giving that our first experience was better than the second, subject to their response. I was told they would look into it and haven’t heard back and was also told that they can not book my pup in for further appointments until over 2 months time. They obviously are not concerned about customer satisfaction or keeping customers or about welfare of the dogs going there. Just a factory line work, happy to take the money but will not responsibly follow up on their mistakes!! Don’t bother putting yourself through this same stress and choose a groomers that care.

   First visit to this grooming parlour. Was very impressed with the team on arrival met Jack, who put my mind at rest regarding the care, and clipping required for my cocker spaniel Tilly who is deaf. The end result was amazing best grooming parlour in Caerphilly.100% Professional first class service all the way. Big thankyou to the team.

   Took our cockapoo Lola here for her first ever haircut and couldn't be happier with the result. She looks exactly how we wanted and smelled amazing! Also, she wasn't a fan of the big drier after a wash so rather than force her through it, the team hand dried her which I thought was very thoughtful and caring. Definitely recommending to other dog owners!
