   Staff behind counter were polite. However the vet who seen to my dog couldn’t have been more patronizing if she tried! Telling me what I’d been doing previously was all incorrect which I had been told by another vet in the same practice!! Incredibly rude. Never felt so belittled before! And don’t get me started on the prices! I nearly fainted! Luckily as they are the only vet in our local area they therefore do not have any competition!

   Just been to this vets for the first time as we are on holiday in Watchet and my sproker, Barney, had become unwell. They were amazing!! 5 star service. When I called at lunchtime, they were full but within minutes the lovely lady on reception called me back after they had a cancellation. I saw Paul, the vet, he was amazing with my reactive dog, very knowledgeable and calm and kind and efficiently treated him. I can't thank them enough.

   Clean and well looked after practice, but very unwelcoming. It’s so important that dogs have a positive experience in practice, but the staff didn’t acknowledge or greet my dogs even though we were the only clients in. The vet, while very professional, didn’t seem to like dogs much and that was very apparent. I’ve worked in practice for years, so my dogs are very well socialised and used to clinical environments. Today was the first time they’ve been desperate to leave a practice as quickly as possible, which was sad to see as they’re only a year old and love everybody. I guess it depends on the level of service you are looking for in a practice, and what’s important to you as a pet owner. This practice ticks the boxes for cleanliness, professional knowledge, and reasonable pricing, which one could consider to be all that is required for a perfectly acceptable service. However, if you are looking for a friendly team and a welcoming environment, then this isn’t it.

   Can't fault them excellent with our Golden Retriever puppy who has just had his operation...Katie his veterinary nurse was so good with him and kept in touch with us to let us know how he was doing...he recovered very quickly. Always helpful and efficient whatever surgery we have been to.

   Not happy. my dog was treated for two weeks with no results and almost 300 £ of vet bills, (and number of visits)when all he needed was over the counter medication that cost less then 20£ that fix him up in three days. Definitely won't be coming back

   Met by a lovely, friendly nurse, I felt my Lil Chihuahua was in safe hands for his operation. Collected at 2.30, now settled back home. Prices very reasonable in deed, compared to South East where we are originally from. Thank you all.
