I cannot recommend this vet practice highly enough. Aidin, Jenny and all the team are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but as importantly, they truly care for the pets and their owners. They looked after my two cats for 9 years until the end of their lives. Everything they do is underpinned by compassion. Thank you so very very much.

We usually go to the Broad Lane surgery, but due to not being able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, we were redirected to the Balsall Common practice. Loads of car parking, no waiting, straight in and out. Even left the car there whilst we walked the dog around a lovely park, behind the shops, which, in all my years I never knew existed.

Highly recommend this practice. I have been taking my 2 rabbits here for a couple of years now and they have always received great care. Unfortunately we had to have one of our rabbits put to sleep 2 weeks ago as he was so unwell and Alison the vet was so kind, caring and compassionate throughout this upsetting process. She provided honest advice and gave us as much time as we needed with our rabbit both before and after he passed away which I will always be grateful for and find comfort in. In addition, all of the vets we have seen have a lovely manor with both pets and owners which is really reassuring!

I spoke to the receptionist on two occasions once at the start of the and once this week, on both occasions the receptionist was rude and even told me βI might as well stay at my current vetsβ I have been told the actual vets are good but unfortunately I will never know as I am going to take the rude receptionist advice and stay at my current veterinary practice who have a more friendly approach. I have since spoken with Elly who was very pleasant and understanding, this doesnβt change the negative first impression and we will be staying with our current vets but I am glad my complaint is being dealt with.

Do not use this veterinary! Customer service is terrible. They are more bothered if you are wearing a face mask than seeing to your dog. They had misdiagnosed my dog which resulted in my dog having cancer. On numerous occasions the vets could have taken a sample for analysis but decided it was something else and we wasnβt to worry. Thousands of pounds later to put our dog right. If you register your dog to this vets you are mad!! I have had to edit my review just to addβ¦that I WILL NOT be removing my review because I want everyone to know how terrible your practice is. All of your 1 star reviews are clearly true and you are in denial by saying complete lies about not having there details on record. Lies lies lies!!!! My dog nearly died because of your vets diagnosis. But as my dog has the all clear from after his treatments I will be going to the next stage and that is suing the practice.

My dog wandered into the Dengate Estate from the adjoining park. Within an hour someone had taken her to this vet. She was promptly sent off to the Dogs home in Katherine De Barnes where I had to pay to get her back. I might add, my dog is chipped and has three phone numbers on her collar, one of which is a Balsall Common phone number. It was pure fluke that a fellow dog walker went in to see if anyone had any info on a missing dog. Incidentally the Dogs home didn't bother to call me either. I don't know why someone would chose to be a vet or work at vets if they care so little about animals, these are the actions of people who care little about animals, maybe rethink your life choices...

We have used this veterinary practice for over 20 years. They have always been an excellent practice and our dogs have never been frightened or reluctant to go there. They are clinically good, friendly and always helpful.

Tried to get an emergency appointment for my dog, they would not see her because she wasnβt registered with this vets, staff were not helpful at all over the phone. Wouldnβt recommend, poor service and didnβt seem to care about my dogs wellbeing.

I had a very bad experience on visiting this vets' practice. I presented with my cat who was very ill and dismissed from the practice on Saturday, 6th March. My cat was very ill and i was turned away. This practice had no morals or care for animals and had a very poor attitude. If you are an animal lover please avoid visiting this vet clinic.

I've owned 4 dogs and used multiple vets over the years. This has to be the worst. We took our last dog here for end of life treatment due a range of issues and illness, the vet knew this before we attended. There was little to no compassion offered, they refused to administer my dog a sedative before the euthanasia as it "takes too long". I had to physically restrain him myself which was heartbreaking, to hold my boy while he struggled then he went limp in my arms. I was shown the door and had to leave through a full waiting room of people who clearly heard what went on. I regret taking my dog here for what was our final moment together. I regret not stepping in and stopping the vet who clearly has no care or regard for the animals she treats. I've suffered mental health problems as a result of this experience. If you love your pet do not bring them here.
