Never have my repeat ready ever.. I ring with two weeks notice and still they wait till I go in to fill it. What is the point?
Put my prescription in, 6 days later including weekend still not ready. Website says pharmacy is open Saturdays went to pick up prescription shutters are down. Website still says open on Saturdays 9-12. Not fit for purpose.
You couldn’t find a more poorly run pharmacy if you tried. From not answering the phone, not having your medication, leaving you with out medication and rude staff. Their answer to everything is “it’s not our fault,we have tried everything, we always try our best” but how is trying their best leave people with out medication and not informing them until it’s to late and the only way you find out about it is once you turn up. The place doesn’t deserve one star but you can’t give any thing less!!!!
Various items for sale. Prescribing pharmacist visits there. Consultation room available. Podiatry and audiology services avaliable. Small parking area. Convenience shop just a couple of shops down.
I had a fantastic experience at Alway Pharmacy. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with a smile. They take the time to answer any questions and ensure prescriptions are dispensed accurately and promptly. The shop is clean, well-organised, and well-stocked with everything I need. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you to the wonderful team for making every visit such a pleasant one!

Brilliant chemist! Had a rash under arm I went up alway chemist they said I had to see the nurse! I waited 5 minutes the nurse was lovely gave me two creams for free and my rash was gone within the week! Can't fault them! Thank you very much
Couldn't thank the staff enough here. Ordered my daughters medication and was ready the next day unlike a certain pharmacy at ringland who told me I wouldn't get it until after the weekend. I know where I will be taking my prescriptions from now on. Thankyou again.
My Mother uses this pharmacy, staff very helpful. Yesterday she went for advise and was told she needs to contact go and if a script was rung in that they would take it to her house for her. Mum trusts Heather and is comfortable talking to her about her ailments. She ended up in hospital after I took her to the go yesterday. Thank you Heather for advising her and offering to take scripts to her home to save her coming out again. Excellant service!
