   I can’t recommend Ark Vets highly enough. They’ve been wonderful looking after my elderly dog, so kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. While I was waiting for my dog’s prescription, the vet actually came out personally to tell me that the medication was available online at a cheaper price. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and thoughtfulness these days! It’s clear they truly put the wellbeing of both pets and owners first, not profit. Excellent service, friendly team, and absolute peace of mind knowing my dog is in such good hands. Thank you, Ark Vets!

   I have used this practice from when it first opened back in the early 90’s, Julian Marcus now retired and Richard Lindsey, still going thank god have always looked after my Hungarian Vizslaks, from conception birth and sadly crossing the rainbow bridge, they are very knowledgeable of my breed and I’ve actually worked the dogs on the same shoots that Julian and Richard have frequently used, the support both have given me goes beyond normal vet and client, we have become close friends and that means a lot to me. Thank you all for the excellent service.

   Went to a breeder who turned out to be awful. So had to bring him home. New to the area. Not only did The Ark squeeze us in for a health check which identified some issues. A week later he had his first vaccine. What a lovely caring environment with such great staff. Little Bilbo is going to be in good hands if he ever needs medical intervention. Best vets I have ever used.

   We’ve been with The Ark for many years, they have always been exceptional with their care. Explanations and treatments are clear, all the vets, nurses and receptionists are so very kind.
