   This was Smudge's first visit to Village Garden Cattery and, as he is a very nervous cat, I was also very nervous about how he would respond. However, he returned happy and quick to settle down again at home. The staff at the cattery couldn't have been more friendly and reassuring to me. We will certainly be returning.    Thank you so much to Village Garden Cattery for looking after Tigger whilst we were on holiday. It was our first time relying on an external party and so both my husband and I were nervous but there was nothing to worry about - Tigger was looked after like he was their own. Will definitely keep coming back, we are so happy we have found somewhere reliable and that we can trust. A personal thankyou to Donna and Kulsoom for making sure I had updates and pictures of our little one!

   Thank you so much for looking after our Hazel. The communication throughout was amazing. We took up the offer for Hazel to be picked up and returned to our house, and then went smoothly. We received photos and updates whilst she was away. She's come back happy and well looked after. She's a small kitten and this is the first time she's been away from home and it was an easy experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to leave her at the Village Garden Cattery.

   Our cat was housed at Village Garden Cattery and it was her first time ever being away from us. The staff and owners were very reassuring and made sure Luna was comfortable and well looked after while we were away. They give a lot of information beforehand on the arrangements and the to-dos which makes the process much easier for the customer. Luna came home happy and stress free. We will definitely use this service again.

   THE BEST IN BIRMINGHAM! The cattery were very helpful prior to the booking, as Enzo required daily medicine. The cattery took great care of my two cats (Bella and Enzo), providing medicine and food requirements. Thank you and will see you again when we plan our next holiday.

   I have never used a cattery before and was understandably nervous. Donna was very reassuring when I visited the cattery last week and answered my many questions!! Its a little peace of tranquility for your cats. The pens were high quality and very clean. I felt happy my cat will be in safe hands for a few days. I received photos of my cat and called the cattery to see how he was doing. I would highly recommend this cattery and will be checking my cat in again for May.

   once again Hagrid & Bellatrix were treated as royalty at Village Garden. This is the forth time we have boarded cats with Lee & Donna (twice for Hagrid & Bellatrix) and every time we knew they were in safe hands and would be well cared for. They are booked in again for a couple of days at the end of October, and certainly there will be more times to come. Thanks again for looking after them so well

   My 2 pampered cats have never stayed in a cattery before. I viewed a couple of cattery’s and without a doubt Village Cattery was an easy decision to make. The family put me at ease and although I was in tears when I left them ( that’s just because I had never left them before) I knew they were in safe hands. The cattery has a fabulous layout and design and would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks again for everything
