   Very disappointed with this place. Our holiday was unfortunately cancelled at the airport. We contacted BL to say cats would be collected after only one day due to the cancellation (too late to collect same day). We were charged full price no refunds as its in the T&C's that we only received on picking up the cats. Not very well communicated. Also cats were terrified on collection and carriers were swimming with urine. It's is obvious that they were in there for some time. I picked them up at 530 as agreed. Use BL if you wish but beware of the T&C's . We will never use them again. Note review posted on FB about this less than favourable experience have been deleted including supporting comments from other people who are also not happy about BL. A case of white washing.

   Liz is so lovely and always accommodating. I always know, our little old girl ‘Sooty’, is going to be very well looked after during her stay. Wouldn’t leave her with anyone else! Highly recommend. Thank you Liz

   If you're nervous or wondering about places to leave your cat whilst you go on holiday. Lizzys is definitely the place, so friendly, a lover of cats and clearly a very safe place to leave your cat. (Boyds been quite a few times now)

   We left our Ragdoll kitten with Liz for a long weekend He’d never been in a cattery before so naturally we were a little anxious about leaving him We needn’t have worried as he was fine The cattery is just like home from home, very cosy and exceptionally clean. Liz very much loves cats having six of her own Frankie sulked for a bit after coming home, but he’s booked in again for 5 star care for two weeks in January Excellent cattery , would recommend it.
