Kids meal was not automatically taken off the bill despite the available promotion, so we had to go up to have our order partly refunded. The kids chips had salt and vinegar on them which just happened to be too much for our little one. The loaded chicken bowl and loaded nachos were delicious and plenty of toppings which was great. Took a little while for the kids ice cream to come out. Staff were fab and couldn't do more for us. Overall fab for an airport diner, I was pleasantly surprised.

Surprised at how quick the service was here considering it was packed. Good was pretty good, but my "sharer" plate was pricey and only enough for 1.

Ordered a burger and chips and got a tiny portion of chips, not what I would expect for 19 pounds I asked if that was the normal portion and was told it was. Staff were nice tho

Inside Bristol Airport on a bustling Friday afternoon, awaiting the usual flight delay bingo, we sat down at the Brigg & Stow, finding a bar spot behind some fake grass, ordered some drinks and chips and made our peace with whatever was about to happen. There are signs around encouraging you to order through the app, we were seated right near the bar service area and a trolley thoroughfare and could see into the kitchen from where we sat. The kitchen was busy and lots of people were ordering food and it looked like it was pumping it out at a fair consistency and quality. The team here look like they are all working hard and doing their best, and I was grateful to observe their collaborative efficiency. The trolleys came past with rapid regularity. The ringing clangs of cutlery and banter of children eager to get to wherever they were going, the 80s hits flying from the corner speakers made for a bustling soundscape. The savanna grass and plastic fern decor, that looked like they’d bought for a steal from a local primary school production of The Lion King, struggled to counteract the din, but it did the best it could. The first of our orders to arrive were the two bottles of water. Room temperature, but necessary to avoid deep vein thrombosis. The beers came next and they were cold, thank goodness. The chips arrived and the sweet potato fries and chips were both hot and crispy and did their job as a pre-flight bar snack. Katia, an exuberant server walked past and asked how our day was and asked us to review our experience. She was wearing a Google Review QR code on her lanyard. This is the result. In a world of limited options, we were happy to find a seat, some chips and a beer. There is a lot of options, the app worked okay, and we sat and used the time to get excited about our holiday.

The bartender didn’t seem to understand much of what we were saying, and the nachos arrived suspiciously fast. For Β£14, we expected a lot more. The portion was tiny, the "cheese" was just a funky tasting melted sauce, and overall it just wasn’t good. If it had been Β£5, maybe fair enough, but Β£14? For what? Two drinks and the nachos came to Β£37.. total rip-off. None of the tables were clean either. It feels like they don’t bother because they know people don’t have many other options nearby. Honestly, you’re better off bringing a sandwich from home.

Very good quality of food and good choice for people with allergies. Gabby was very attentive and looked after us very well!

They’ve changed the name and the chairs around, but don’t let that fool you, it’s still the exorbitant prices and snail pace service. Want a dash of lime in your beer. Not a problem Β£1.50.. Not the worst airport pub in the U.K. but definitely knocking on the door
