   We have been having our King Charles Spaniels groomed by Louise for a good while now and are so pleased every time. She is always immensely helpful, flexible and does such a great job. I have one very nervous dog in particular who Louise is simply excellent with. I've used dog groomers in the past and found that my nervous dog has cowered as we've come up to the door - with Louise, however, he is wagging his tail and literally pulling me up her drive. He's happy, I'm happy!

   Louise is absolutely lovely, and has done our two cavaliers twice now - both times beautifully trimmed, soft, smelling gorgeous; she has excellent attention to detail (especially as we know we are fussy customers!) You can tell she really cares about the dogs, and her customer service is tip top I have one dog far more nervous than the other and he’s really comfortable with Louise, was pleased to see her again, and was not in a rush to leave when I collected them. I would not hesitate to recommend Hatton Dog Grooming to anyone I know! Thanks Louise, you’re great!

   Brilliant! We have a difficult customer who hates having his front paw claws clipped and Louise persevered, trying a range of things to get the job done. Our pooch now has trimmed claws and our legs and arms are very grateful! Thank you!

   A fantastic value for money option for your dog grooming needs. We have a miniature wire haired dachshund who requires handstripping rather than a buzz or scissor cut. Its more time consuming but Louise does a fantastic job and sets a fair price for the time (and patience) it takes. Jarvis (our dog) enjoys his time there and always has a waggy tail when ever we come back.

   Louise is fantastic with Rosie, keeps her calm and I've never known Rosie to look forward to a clip but she bounds into her parlour. There's only 1 dog there at a time which helps Rosie so much. The grooming parlour is always immaculate and Rosie comes out feeling and certainly looking a million dollars! We have tried many groomers but none have the patience & kindness Louise has. Would highly recommend! Very happy schnauzer & owner :)
