    Natalie is very friendly and also very tuned in to the specific needs of the dog. The exercise is timed by the actual swimming time. So your animal gets a proper session. Very pleased we found this hydrotherapy place. Cannot really say much about the day care as we don't use it, but it seems good and we'd be happy to bring our dog if if needed
